Welcome to GoFleet.
These Terms of Use cover use of the corporate and informational website gofleet.gr.

Booking services, partner accounts, booking environments, white-label interfaces, APIs and other platform features may be governed by separate terms and agreements.

4. GoFleet’s role
GoFleet provides technology infrastructure, marketplace features, service management and distribution tools, and digital tools for partners and users.
GoFleet is not necessarily the provider of every service shown or offered through the platform.
Depending on the service, the actual provider may be an independent partner or another third party.

These corporate Terms of Use do not replace the specific terms that apply to a particular booking or service.
6. Partners and providers
GoFleet partners are independent businesses or professionals, unless stated otherwise.
Partners are responsible, to the extent that concerns them, for:
- providing their services,
- the accuracy of information they provide,

- their own commercial and tax obligations.
Partnership with GoFleet may be governed by a separate Partner Agreement or other specific terms.
7. Accounts and additional services
Creating an account and using services such as partner dashboard, agency tools, APIs, booking tools, white-label services or other GoFleet features may require acceptance of additional terms or a separate agreement.
These corporate website Terms of Use do not replace such agreements.
8. Partner content
Some content shown in the GoFleet ecosystem may be provided by partners or other third parties.
The relevant provider is responsible for the accuracy, legality and suitability of content they submit, to the extent set out in our relationship.
GoFleet may correct, modify, limit or remove content when required for operational, technical, legal or security reasons.
9. Accuracy of information
GoFleet makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and up to date.
However, information about services, partners, prices, availability, features or functions may change.
Corporate website content is not a guarantee that a specific service or feature will remain available.

Copying, reproduction, modification, republication, distribution or commercial use of GoFleet material is not allowed without prior permission, except where the law permits.

Use of the GoFleet name, logo or other brand elements is not allowed in a way that:
- creates a false impression of official partnership,
- implies authorisation or representation without permission,
- misleads about the origin of a service,
- uses the brand for unauthorised commercial activity.

Any commercial or contractual relationship arises only under the relevant terms or agreements.

- attempts to bypass security controls,
- introducing malware or other malicious code,
- attacks or tests that affect service operation,
- misleading presentation of a relationship with GoFleet,
- infringement of third-party rights,
- spam or abuse of the platform,
- systematic data collection without permission.
14. Scraping and automated collection
Bots, crawlers, scrapers or other automated tools may not be used to systematically collect, copy or extract content from gofleet.gr without prior written permission from GoFleet.
This does not limit technologies permitted by the website or by law, such as ordinary search mechanisms where applicable.

Processing of personal data through the GoFleet website and related services follows the GoFleet Privacy Policy.
Where required, a separate Cookie Policy, Partner DPA or other specific data protection notice may apply.
19. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GoFleet is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising solely from use of the corporate website.
GoFleet does not assume liability for acts, omissions, services or content of independent third-party providers beyond obligations that may apply under law or a specific contractual relationship.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
20. Force majeure
GoFleet is not liable for inability or delay in website operation caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including for example:
- natural disasters,
- serious network outages,
- cyber attacks,
- third-party service outages,
- government measures,
- war or other emergency conditions.
21. Communication and emails
Contacting GoFleet by email, contact form or another available channel does not by itself create a contractual relationship.
Commercial partnerships and services that require a contract are governed by the relevant specific terms.
22. Changes to the website
GoFleet may add, change, suspend or remove website features, content or pages.
This may be done without prior notice when required for technical, business, legal or security reasons.
23. Changes to these Terms of Use
GoFleet may change these Terms of Use.
The latest version will be published on this page with the relevant update date.
For material changes that require specific notice under applicable law, GoFleet will provide the required notice.
